THE ENERGY AROUND US

There is no getting away from it everything around us is of a molecular structure, we are molecular structures - human life - and we rely on other molecular structures to survive in the form of food, water and air, plus a whole array of interrelated complexities that correspond to form the life we are living. The whole universe is energy of its own type, everything is vibrating at different speeds and together they form all the substances known today and possibly many we don't know of too. Just because we don't know of something it doesn't mean it doesn't exist, it's just that we haven't gotten the sophisticated ability to seek out, discover or find out that it's there or whats there has properties that so far have eluded us. As humans we too give off all sorts of energy, if we are alive then we have a body heat, we also give off signals too that we can pick up upon and not those that medical equipment reads but more down to earth person to person signals. Whatever they are they are forms of energy whether visible or invisible. We are marvellous transmitters and receivers of information, we can detect the smallest of details if we put our mind to it, and if we know someone we can really be on the ball to notice and feel changes about them.

Energy is not consigned to science it's there whether science has evaluated it or not, what is important is that we commune with life itself as that is then being at one with all that's around you and beyond, for nothing exists in isolation. Understanding who and where we are establishes a comprehension of life itself, it's good and not so good points as well as everything in between. Those that cope better with life, get on better, see and understand better than those that are running around in their own minds and not open to the endless positive possibilities that exist that life can offer on an elevated level. Just because life may not be so grand at any one moment doesn't mean that it can't / won't get better even if you possibly can't imagine how or why, because if you think that way you've shut out the possibilities of it actually happening. We can manifest much of a better quality of life just by our thought, by our mental energy, similarly we can make it not so wholesome too. Where the mind goes the body follows so it's imperative that a positive vision is forever present even if circumstance seem otherwise, circumstances are always prone to change so we should not lock ourselves to situations that are so fluid.

As a race we are energy seekers, we need to fuel ourselves with a whole array of molecular delights some make us fat, unhealthy, and some positively energise us and keep us well functioning throughout, we even seek energy to keep us warm or cool, we use energy in our portable devices and transportation, and in global communications and of course that most proficient device the bomb. Religions use energy to subvert the truth about what God is really all about, and third world and Middle Eastern countries  use arms to keep control because of greed and self fear nothing more. Everything is molecular it's just that they are arranged slightly differently to form the end product which we as humans are rather good at. We also use molecules to bamboozle ourselves to think that via advertising we need to look a certain way or have a certain product and of course it's us the punter that has control of what we do yet so many people give themselves over to the "Sponge Effect" where they brainlessly absorb what they see and create a false realty that they then can't comply with and thus cause a rift in their thinking and a discord in their overall thoughts. It's silly, even stupid but people do that and then blame everyone and anything and want tablets or booze to console themselves when they are their own worse enemy.
Our education system today hasn't come that far in that it has come on an equal par or footing with our environment, yes it's updated itself here and there but social skills, communicational skills, understanding yourself and life within this highly engineered molecular society is sadly lost and thus many leave school lacking rather than having an ability to discern in life. Where reason is given in to 'need' and commercial companies will now not stop at anything to subliminally subvert young minds to want their products by choice even if they have no value what so ever. Life doesn't hold grudges which is the good news, we can change for the better at any single moment, our past is wiped out and the future always holds promise unless you think it doesn't then it won't. Molecular structures have no past present or future they just evolve and recylce themselves into other bits and bobs and we enact a short stay with them and then that's it. The overwhelming versatility that is within our grasp is amazing, yet few use any of it to their advantage preferring to view from the side lines and watch a few make the grade and then they call them lucky. But luck is with everyone, no matter how you define it, go and create some today you'll be amazed at what it can do for yourself and the fabulous results you can achieve by using your molecular magic.

WHAT DO YOU LOOK LIKE

It may seem strange to say what do you look like, after all we are experts in what we know and feel about ourselves. We know all the little bumps and bits and pieces and which is our best side or maybe we don't even have one. But more than just looking in the mirror and seeing ourselves via a critical eye, others see us as something totally different. With the exception of friends, relatives and possibly those we work with everyone else sees just what they see a person in their own right. Not someone who is slightly overweight or skinny or tall or short, they see a person that they have no other comparison with and one that they have to make an assessment upon. We know who we are but others see a picture that they try and assimilate into a character. Do they look mean, happy, friendly, moodily, surly, quiet, extrovert, approachable, would you trust them, are they dressed nicely or according to the setting of where they are? Do they look presentable, would you like to know them or be associated with them. And would you want to be seen with them with your friends or family etc. Our eyes are the fastest scanners on the planet women have an extraordinary sense of what someone is like, even though they can let themselves down emotionally despite that inner self saying something else.
The thing is do we actually "see" us as others do and the answer is NO we don't. We might come a close second at times but by and large others see a different us, an "us" without explanation or excuses, if we are fat they see a fat person, if we are skinny likewise, if we are badly dressed or unkempt that's how they see us. It doesn't matter whether it's a work picture or a work in the back yard picture, it still tells a story about you and quite an accurate one at that. We exude a status about ourselves that we don't realise, following fashion doesn't denote style, it denotes you "follow" and not develop your own, if you are scruffy it tells a lot about how you prioritise your looks with regards what you do, and in some cases it doesn't matter but then there's the social side to you too and if that looks like it stinks then it probably does. Nothing goes without notice even subliminally we pick up on the nuances and the statements and assess the credentials which are filled in later on - perhaps if one gets any further. Rightly or wrongly this happens many times a day and most people would be surprised to learn if they had to give an account of someone close by or in their office or others give an account of them just what things they would pick up upon.

It doesn't matter if our characters are avant guard, eccentric, dull, conservative, traditional, docile, etc, it will probably suite our overall look as it is an exclamation of us within, although some could well be helped to upgrade as they haven't a clue as to colours or styles etc, however it won't detract from any observation. Our speech, body language further punctuates whom we are as does our eye contact which the is doorway into our world and those talking to us. Of course one could go further but the essence of whom we are resides on that initial glance, and yes we can get it wrong, so if we do we are either reading the wrong messages, seeing something out of kilter or not following up with a general and overall picture, that's why it's so important to get it right from a personal perspective straight away if we are to be judged. Often second chances don't exist and personal excuses running around within your mind are futile as the opportunity to make that first grab contact pales into insignificance of what might have been but wasn't.

GRIEF

Grief can be so debilitating that it takes a hold of life and steers you into a corner and holds you there to the extent that at times one feels that nothing will ever be the same ever again, and the truth is it won't. It's not that life won't be fun and exciting anymore nor the will to proceed won't return and life will be as it is from there onwards worthy of living and worthy of participating and communing with those around you. It's ironic however that when grief strikes and it can and does happen to almost all of us at some time in our lives those that we feel can or could offer support like family and our religion offer nothing but coldness and a wall of stone, especially where bereavement is concerned. It can be like vampires coming out of the woodwork all seeing what they can get and finding every legal excuse to get more. Where at one stage of life "love" was a supposedly unspoken entity it's now a cold war and each to his own, where the smiles reveal the fangs and frosty sliver. And whilst to some this may seem gruesome it is unfortunately for many a very real reality. That at times many fear for their own sanity and purpose and most of all "love" for themselves, that someone "out there" knows and understands and will share their real tears and not some emotional outburst like that of little children "on and off" at the flick of a selfish thought. The relations that never liked you or you were the wrong religion, but now your partner has died it all comes to roost their evilness starts to ooze out.

How we deal with real grief is down to us, and we are all different those that cry the most are often the insipid selfish ones that want everyone to join them in what they are going through whilst those that tend to stave off such are harbouring the love of the deceased that helps even through the trauma of the aftermath. Of course and "here we go again" religions mount on the grief trip after all it gives them something to do, wearing dull dark clothes, moping around with long faces, it's as if the deceased didn't actually love you after all and you've just found out. If whoever it is that has died loved you then THE LAST thing they would wish is that you be unhappy, otherwise what's the point of it all. And sympathy is the shallow side of offering real help to the extent many offer sympathy but no help and actually get a "high" of trying to buck the other person up whereas they are acting as vampires themselves draining their captive of energy for themselves. Sympathy has an effect of boosting others up, then when you leave them they have an almighty low afterwards. Not very nice.

Age has a related value on our perceptions in life, everything revolves around what we have done, are doing and will be doing, although the variances and boundaries can be very muted and glide into each other. What age doesn't have is a monopoly on pain, especially the mental type of pain, that is possibly the most debilitating as it literally messes up your whole control system. It's so easy to become introverted when grief strikes that it can form a situation where you rarely come out of it, this happens in the Middle East as they go to town on morbidity it's a way of life as is complaining and moaning yet doing nothing to rectify it, however they don't have any exclusivity or monopoly on it. One thing that grief often brings home is the reality of who you are in life and what others mean to you, your 'family' may be those you have chosen to be around you as opposed to the biological ones who are judgemental and shallow. It brings home too where you stand in life and what all around you means with regards happiness, freedom, duties, life itself and what and how you choose to think about things in general. Grief is but a stepping stone and depending upon your belief you either move on - not forgetting the past as you can't - or dwell forever where you are and carry it as a burden. Never forget if love is involved then there is a real freedom, but a genuine freedom not a selfish freedom that you keep to yourself as if it's something exclusive because it's not.

In times of trouble don't scorn those that you think could offer some support as for them it could also be difficult to muster up the ability to offer it, and beware of those who seemingly offer everything because they can, it's at times those that do little that think deeply and the effusive ones that are shallow. One must always feel the depth of love and the need from others which is over and above sheer words and never allow the feeling of self sorrow to overtake who you are despite the pain that one may be reliving for a while. An understanding of those that now scorn, pour oil on troubled waters, who reject, who reprimand and turn face, who show their true colours be at one with yourself, because the love that YOU had with that significant other was priceless and above their deceitful facade. Life is for living, for loving and that is the only golden rule for grief, and the only golden rule for your own self is that of love at any cost, it's never left, and what was there is still there even if slightly but temporarily tarnished, it's still there in all its glory. Don't ever turn your back on it no matter what.

WHAT'S WRONG WITH LIFE

Most people seem to have a gripe at something or another, it's not that they are predominantly moaners and groaners it's just that there is something that slightly jars with them with regards certain topics or people or evil religions forever killing or governments being weak or whatever it is. We have an opinion in life even if we choose not to vent it we still have some thoughts and it's those thoughts that subliminally fuel a whole array of feelings regarding life. Over and above this there are various levels of thought sometimes just residing there and unchecked, for example if you say to someone would you like to be more happy in life the answer is predominantly a 'yes. Then if you say to them are you unhappy they predominantly say "no", so what is it that that could make you more happy other than the bog standard answers like "more money", "new car"  whatever it is. It's usually material things which can give a degree of happiness but it's only for a fleeting moment, once you get what you want your desires move on and so it goes, a bit like the "carrot and the donkey" situation.

Wanting more or better isn't at all wrong, it's actually quite natural, but happiness hasn't really much to do with your desires it's more to do with the state of your mind, and your literal mind not something that's hypothetical and conjured up because it sounds impressive or incorporates a list of 'likes'. Life will never ever be perfect because 'man' as a race isn't perfect so we in our judgement have to decide where we are and that we are going to enjoy what we have got even if at the same time we strive for better. That way we carry happiness with us and the joy of life and it makes everything far better and we communicate far more efficiently too and have the ability to understand more proficiently at events around us that happen. There are to many stock questions stock answers, people almost automatically say "yes" if it involves more of something good or tangible, even if they can't readily think of what to do with them immediately. Similarly if you asked someone to name three important things in their lives they initially struggle even if they are married with two children. It's not that those (their partner and two children) aren't the most important things in their lives and once pointed out state "yes they are" it's the initial thought that it has to be something material that's been acquisitioned or bought or a legacy or a winning of something.

For many life isn't that bad, they know many of the global circumstances and situations are beyond their control and that their lives are in their domain no one else's so even if it could be better the current enjoyment is still there and still very tangible. How we think and our reliance on negative emotions steers our course, we are the only drivers of our vehicle called "self" or "me" so if we go out of kilter then we wander aimlessly and start to veer all over the place which in turn causes further consternation and we sail at times too close to the rocks and without any safety boat should we collide. Collectively people can do many things, like topple governments and regimes etc, but individually we have only the authority to do what is expedient for us without alienating everyone else around us and causing further problems.

Life can be good and great, life can be whatever you want it to be. Your attitude is of prime importance for that is the culmination of all your thoughts and feelings and mind set rolled into one and projected for the public to see. So if your attitude stinks so do you and no one wants to know you or help you or even bother with you for why should they if you can't meet life even half way. Do you dwell on the negative aspects of life or the positive aspects of life, because whichever one you do dwell upon will decide your course of action and your degree of self esteem. It can get habitual to see negativity and if so it will pull you down, if you tend to see the positive aspects of life, which doesn't mean you don't see or understand the negative aspects, then life will be full of hope and upliftment. The bottom line is it's your life your choice - make sure you make the decisions that serve you well otherwise you'll end up with memories of emptiness which is not what life is all about.

THE SILENT NOISE AROUND US

All around us there is noise, not necessarily the noise we can hear, but noise there is, it's reverberating and vibrating to an effect and at some point up the scale it turns to light as it has an energy. We see and hear a very limited part of the entire spectrum but it serves us well and if we could see and hear more then we would have be able to differentiate between what it all means otherwise our minds would be constantly in an overload mode. To understand life more proficiently we need to both understand ourselves, which many don't, and life itself otherwise we end up as stoic and pathetic excuses of human life some of which is almost on the verge of being created as a race in the west at the lower levels of life, where self thought is the only reason for existence. Everything makes a noise, life is itself a vibration and all that is in the cosmos sings to a set tune, even if the harmonics vary. If we are discordant then we know there is something wrong, we don't need a degree in science to understand that, but it's too easy to be arrogant and understand what discordant life is all about if we don't have any solutions as to how to correct it or re-tune it to provide more comfortable sounds that like a well tuned car just purrs in motion as opposed to rough clangy sounds it would otherwise emit.

Unhappiness, sadness, loneliness, evil, retribution, anger, worry, unsettled, religion, nervousness, unreliability, dishonesty, lack of purpose, lack of being, etc, all the negative emotions are discordant and reverberate in an ill conceived manner hence if they are allowed to continue by default make us unhealthy and the consequences of which can be dire. Within the framework of life and that silent noise that's around us we create a new kind of noise, it's called 'our life' and whilst it's made up of the same stuff of everything else around us it's still unique to us, it will never be replenished nor copied such is the vastness of life and our part in it. Discordant societies are made up of discordant people and they run on for years and years, discordant lives are similarly created by the self, and at this point one must differentiate between being discordant and personal happiness because it's possible to have degrees of personal happiness within a discordant society, and it very possible to be unhappy in a concordant society.

When the harmonics of our lives resonate well when we feel good about ourselves and life, even if all isn't perfect, it's how we see ourselves and assess where we are and what we have and decide it's OK to be happy. It has to be because happiness is already within us it's not circumstantial, even though that can give us a degree of happiness itself, what makes one happy may not be the contributing factor to another's happiness. Happiness is not a journey, it's here right now whether you like it or want to believe it or not. What noise we choose to bring to enhance living to us is purely down to ourselves, no one else can enter into our own noise or happiness, we can contribute to the overall orchestral sound of life or be something of a clatter of discordant amplitude that everyone rejects or spurns or treats as something that they don't want. Many large companies and organisations are after years of service going bust, old values are being terminated as not compliant with today's cheap and easy short termism, where the resonance isn't very pleasing and thus in its wake of such sounds endless re-inventing is becoming an on-going strategy just to keep afloat regardless of what cost and expense.

Instability and the absence of real leadership relinquished for greed and power makes their discordant noise unheard yet its felt by all around. The atmosphere of many a workplace is negatively charged and this in turn is brought to the home life and distributed to those there who in turn distribute their negative harmonics to others and soon society is revelling to disconcerting sounds that start the whole ball rolling to ill health and where mental health is concerned the agility of the nation is then in jeopardy. Nothing in life is exclusive, it's part of the homogeneous overall sound where harmonics blend or otherwise, it's the otherwise we need to focus on as it's in our remit to be able to fix it all. But where showmanship is today's premier action it leaves the unseen unheard to slowly flourish until it's all too late and nations have problems looming large that know nothing of or about. Being "at one" with life isn't some "new age" diatribe, it's actually feeling that whatever happens you are going to feel good and not be a part of what is a temporal situation and that the ambient resonance of life is where you belong, for what is the alternative.

STABILITY

The major problems affecting people in the West are those associated with the self, that is not material problems but mental scenarios that are difficult for many to get to grips with or come to terms with.  Ironically within our own reality many material things exist on our 'want list' and that in itself creates further mental unrest as we deem materialism as almost essential to us either moving forward or becoming more 'established' or fulfilling our desire to be whatever it is we desire. It can be such a lonely and narrow pathway we create as we build up an image of how we wish to be and present ourselves to the outside world that we lose the reality of what it is that we do best and our own personality. So many people face the possibility of failure because they take the wrong trajectory or tack in life based upon what they think as opposed to what they know and an almost immediate struggle is self created and it need not be so. The dichotomy of life of how we see it and how others see us at the same time walking together to reach our goals is at times so different that if analysed we would not recognise what is taking place and who is doing what either. Such confusion is getting more common as people tend to relinquish ownership of themselves and base it upon a mixture of hypothetical ideals of others, perceptions, incorrect thoughts and following others who they have little idea as to how they made the grade and what they encountered en-route.

Everywhere one goes we are bombarded with sales, concocted ideals, perceived and created realities all drawn up by a collection of thoughts and sales pitches that are designed to pull those insecure heart strings, those excitable areas of potential and the hope of better things to come but very little chance of it ever reaching a glimmer of success as it's all hollow, shallow and grossly insincere. Time lines are the biggest failure areas that people seem to omit in their thinking, what someone did there, then, at that time, with those circumstances, with their parameters, etc, etc, doesn't exist anymore. And whilst their modus operandi is good and solid the detail surrounding it all doesn't exist anymore either, it was all in the past. Such books that purport to give one the clues or steps to success are really a biography of those that have made it and whilst logic prevails throughout the guarantee of it happening to you are minimal at best. Entrepreneurs just "do it", if you need endless motivational tools then your chances are already reduced and whilst motivation is always good it doesn't carry any backup so failure or gross disappointment or worse 'still can't work' with the new learn-ed knowledge because it doesn't quite compute in the mind leaves many frustrated and resigned to falling back on themselves.

Our stability is essential if we are to think clearly, sleep well and face the future no matter what happens. There are no magic wands out there so we have to be realistic as to where we want to go, what we have to accept (which is hard for many as they think they deserve more) and what is the potential again realistically for the future. Striving for a dream is wasting your time and boring those around you. It doesn't mean negating a goal but placing everything in a reality scenario because unless we actively embark upon something it's never ever going to happen. Stability is to do with US and no one else, we can't apportion him, her, this, that, because, they, or anything else, it's all down to us to sort out and not wait for others to change or circumstance to change to suite us, that's pathetic. Placing the onus on areas that we have no control over isn't smart, we have a lot of clout ourselves and ability to alter many things, laziness is the biggest obstacle and thus the "self" is the biggest problem we will ever have to face.

LONELINESS, SOBRIETY AND INNER PEACE

There is almost in epidemic proportions today a degree of loneliness which is sweeping through the lives of many people and it's causing them a great deal of concern and consternation as they can't either fathom or understand why it is they are feeling the way they do. Similarly many people are feeling isolated or are having problems with regards meaningful personal relationships, they have possibly many friends or more accurately acquaintances but the depth of how they interact it tersely, usually at a distance like we interact with many on Facebook from afar. We can discuss quite deep and quite meaningful topics on both Facebook and Twitter yet it all means nothing as it's for many an outlet of hollow proportions and empty feelings, empathy is probably as far as we get to that proverbial 'hug', but it's seldom more as everyone has a life of their own and it's not something distance nor a public display of feelings renders itself as sincere even if it is possible meant as such.

Loneliness falls predominantly into three categories, those who are housebound or locationally isolated, although many aren't lonely as they have good people around them, those that self isolate themselves via selfish motives and excuses - which accounts for the majority, and those who have relatively good and busy lives and yet feel literally lonely - where those around them and life just doesn't quench that inner feeling. Loneliness from the outset may not seem as debilitating as many an illness or condition that some have, yet from loneliness can stem illness itself, paranoia, delusions, narrow thoughts, isolation, reclusiveness, lost love, lost hope, lost peace, lost humanitarian instincts, lost communicational skills, gross selfishness - which is a big problem, and getting into a rut so deep and entrenched that it's almost impossible to get out of.

Our inner peace is a great aspect of our life, it's nothing to do with our desire to get on or create or our ambition, it's all about us and how we feel, it's that personal. It has nothing to do with getting the latest gadget or designer clothes those desires actually fill us with a degree of inferiority as we feel we need them to enhance our 'self' whereas we don't, even if they prove useful or attractive. So many people let themselves down to their own emotions and then wonder why things aren't as they would really want. Not only does letting ourselves down eventually show, we become deceptive to others and ourselves as our desire consumes much of our thoughts and our will to do things often creates our failure as we then overlook aspect of work or life based upon our greed for an end result, which is often never as anticipated as it's negatively constructed.

Inner peace for the fickle and ignorant isn't worth much, why waste your time on inner peace when there are material things to do to take our mind off of life. Inner peace to the lonely doesn't happen they make sure of that, being precious, conceited and selfishness puts paid to ever finding what would really make them happy. Inner peace to those that one "would think" should be far from lacking in that department is an idealistic view of what you are as a person and where your real priorities lie and neither co-join. Our attitude very much determines who we are and how we walk through life, none of this stupid "self help" or pathetic "finding happiness" when it's not lost. Where failure really makes it's name a house hold entity is when everyone goes out looking for something that they carry around with them, thinking that solutions and answers are with other people. Of course other people don't possess what you have already within you so can't help even if the solitary experience is uplifting, it doesn't last. It's like having a glass or two of scotch and all seems well, but then tomorrow it's all worn off and nothing has changed.

Loneliness makes one precious and introverted in thinking, tiredness is also an aspect that lonely people get used to and forever feel they need their sleep, which is usually a cop out to being bored and a lack of stimulating thought, although it could in some manifest as insomnia. Communing with life is essential but like everything in life it's quality not quantity, and not going to mix with other lonely people to exchange the same views on the same subjects as if exchanging notes knowing that it will lead to nought in the end. Love is a big aspect with lonely people, they often feel the need for it yet are fearful of it taking a hold of them for some reason and that it might just change their solitary and calculated lifestyle where they lose control to an additional input, which would never do. The Catch-22 which often exists in their lives is one which they get used to and the option of not making a commitment is one which is usually taken in preference, even if invitations are accepted for events or holidays, it's still the lone wolf trying to acquiesce to the herding instinct and never quite comes off.

BALANCE & POLARITY

Every day we need some degree of focus in our lives otherwise we end up doing very little that assists us, just playing for time and not getting to grips with what we could do. In the same vein we need balance too for without balance we veer off into a tangent that's at times steeped in bias and we can then get bogged down and come to a stand still. Every day we have to take on its merit, some days we are full of inspiration and get up and go, others we just seem to be treading water even though there is perhaps lots to do or be getting on with. Life is like that, it's not plain sailing, and steering our ship means we have to accommodate and navigate what is ahead of us, from a calm sea a storm can brew in minutes and we need to be mindful of it. We also need to be mindful that our inner self wants to do something and we just don't have that motivation to do it, at least at a certain time, writers have "writers block" where they just can't think the story line anymore, but it comes and goes and all is well again. Getting upset or remorseful isn't an answer which needs to be entertained because if we dwell on these events we can severely damage our intent by thwarting our inner self to bounce back quicker than it could do.

Every action we make has a reflex action, sometimes it's barely recognisable other times it can have profound repercussions not only on the self but on others and situations around us. That's not to say that we should never make such actions that have wide ranging repercussions because progress is primarily held back by the 'stick in the muds' and those that can't stand change, so we need to state our case and go for it, if we can't do that for ourselves no one else can. We are not by and large responsible for others actions nor others getting upset or in today's parlance "offended", which seems all too easy. And that not everything we do is going to please everybody nor be conducive to their circumstances and that change may have to be effected, but then so be it, it's just others looking after themselves or the selfish making a noise which they always do every day they don't get their way.  Life is a series of options some have to be taken into account and a decision made others are optional and just give us a latitude in what is available for us. Whatever there is available there are consequences even if some seem of little or no value, but what is of no value to one person could be of great importance to another for their own reasons, keeping an open mind helps one along on their way in life without encompassing needless unrest from others.

Balance is a prime factor in everything, we know only too well that eating our favourite foods to excess causes us to get fat, drinking too much gives us a hangover, lounging around chilling out stops us getting essential exercise and we become sluggish both physically and mentally, and so on. Balance keeps things fresh in excess we get fed up after a while if not indeed go off whatever it was, so a healthy balance in our work and social life promotes a degree of alertness that's essential to us living a good and happier life. When life gets us down our ability to see clearly and correctly comes under pressure which does us no good at all we need a good and balanced view in order to see the pros and cons of each aspect of our thoughts and a degree of polarity so that we know why we are making the decisions we are. Without polarity we become aimless and that has negative aspects in itself which we ultimately will suffer from. Regardless of how something grabs you, whether it sounds fine or it's discordant, don't let your emotions step in before you've had chance to think about it otherwise on the spot reactions can turn out to be remorseful and one can easily say the wrong thing.
