DRONE ADDICTION

We all conform to something in life even if it's via a stance of routine, we do that because it helps us get to where we want to go to quickly and with the knowledge that all we need in between is there to help us speedily do whatever we have to do. Control is a contradictory word in that it can be both oppressive and at the same time protective in the nicest possible way. Some people need control in order to flourish in their own environment as others need freedom to utilise their gifts of creativity for without which nothing would ever move forward or be crated or developed. It's a cosy synergy and a positive symbiosis on paper at least. Of course the moment humans start to interact we get differing characters, ideologies, and negative emotions come into play and of course evil religions and that's when it all goes belly up.

The human species is love based, if we take love away from the human being we get a drone or a robot, just living to live without purpose, definition and feeling. Where emotions are superfluous to life and other than survive the warmth and colour that surrounds us and the technology that's available wouldn't be as it is now for there would be no purpose for it. Governments should protect their citizens not run their lives, this too is a very contentious area as Islamic countries do both under the auspices of religion, but religion is between you and God and not anyone else, hence they are all backward, unstable and disruptive in context. Whilst most people crave freedom and have it available there are those who need to be told what to do or at least be placed within a structure that defines a routine or protocol as that complements their lives and also enhances their ability and personal security. Similarly not everyone can be entrepreneurial however the cross over between creativity and  business is very variable and should not be judged as such. Life exists in a variety of guises there isn't a one size fits all and therefore it should not be imposed on everyone as a blanket coverage.

It's amazing how many people could benefit from an injection of 'open source' even those who feel that they are creative and open where they are right now often comply subliminally with protocols devised by others that for some reason feel they have adhered to and do so without much thought. The more 'baggage' we carry the more it slows us down, like a computer that's never had all the redundant files removed, it just gets slower and slower and slower. Lightness of life is essential and trying to 'fit in' with others isn't always the smartest thing to do either as that shows a lack of self and one's own personality being muffled under a cloud for the sake of others. It's not easy for some to transcend the mundane but it does pay dividends if it is transacted. And for those that think it's good to be 'one of the gang' or whatever it is, it shows a decisive lack of ability for others, by default you are allowing to hold yourself back. Similarly you need to show life and all that's in it that you have a mind of your own and that you can think for yourself which doesn't mean that you have to be arrogant or bombastic. There will always be those who try to pull you down but that shows more about them and their inability than anything else.

FOR THE LOVE OF IT

What kind of a person are you? How do you look at life and how do you deal with all the ups and downs that one goes through? Are you a person that enjoys the good times but is a mess when it all goes 'belly up'? Are you a sociable and friendly type of person, someone who is approachable and leaves their own thoughts and feelings aside when others "grate on you" and start talking to you? Are you that affable soul that looks cheerful even when racing away with a hundred different things that need to be done? Can you see the 'bigger picture' predominantly in life as opposed to residing in a narrow microcosm of the narrow mindedness and stilted views? Are you an "all round" "Mr.Nice Guy" or are you touchy, snooty, stupid, selfish, picky, opinionated, not very knowledgeable about food or drink and selective to a high degree, stick to staid views, judgemental, etc, because if you are you will not be alone? Are you outgoing, gregarious, adventurous, or are you moody, insular, choosy, and not knowingly boring, even though you think you are the opposite - but if you are you are not alone? Do you have a good general knowledge of what's going on in the world or predominantly only know which celebrities are sleeping with whom and are in rehab because if that's your lot you are not alone? Do you just go through life or do you make a life, do you bring richness into your life or do you wait for richness whatever that is to enter via someone else- because if you do you are not alone? Do you walk your pathway in life or do you follow everyone else marvelling at what they have done but not  much to show of the self, because if you do you are not alone? Do you think you are loving and compassionate and warm and kind and generous and follow that through outside of the family to others - because if you think that then you are not alone? Do you think that you are intelligent, aware, knowledgeable, worldly, understanding, have social graces, etiquette, (whether you have or not or aspire to have) because if you do you are not alone.

What do you do for love in your life outside of your family, or does it just stop there? Do you even consider love to be an important or intricate part of your life or does it never cross your mind or just think that you are a loving sort of person and that's it? Do you feel that you are compassionate and because of that you are cool with that "smug" feeling that you have that trait so it's all all right? Are you open minded or like to think you are if asked yet deep down you are quite rigid in your thoughts and selective perceptions?  Do you think you should be better than you are or further on in life? Has your life a purpose or do you just live it and have private thoughts as to where  it should or might go? Are your aspirations wholesome or idealistically based upon what you would like to see as opposed to those based upon everyone not just your ideals or whims? What makes you happy, and where does your thought train reside when it comes to possession of material effects and acquisitions? Are you self confident yet not smug nor arrogant and do you ever get intimidated by those who seemingly have more than you or do you like to show off with the few bits that you have already to appease that inner self as to satisfaction and establishment of whom you are? Do you lead or follow, and if so are you happy with either or do you prefer to call yourself entrepreneurial as it sounds good, feels good and encompasses areas that you don't like to think about individually?

The love walk in life is all about us, no one else, the more love we have the lighter life is and the greater understanding we have for everything and the less emotionally involved we get with trivia or problems that are way beyond our control. We also more frequently see the "bigger picture" and don't take offence ever if we are called names or shouted at or whatever it may be, as it says more about the other person / others than ourselves. When things are not so hot knowing that it will get better enables us not to automatically take a ride on the "miserable" coach until it does, we are fine just now - regardless. The more we interact with elements, media, stories about what is not of our concern, the more we allow the "Sponge Effect" to take shape, i.e. we keep subliminally absorbing information that we don't or can't use until we become over full then start to weaken our resolve, we become saturated with trivia at the expense of real concern and love about the things we have authority and control over.

THE WILL TO LET GO

There's a lot spoken about the "will to let go", books describe the cathartic properties of "walking away" or "letting go" or "moving on" and to some extent it's all true. In most cases "letting go" is in reality easier said than done, it's often very hard to "let go" even when somethings aren't doing us any good whatsoever. The saying "better the devil you know is better than the devil you don't" rings true with many people but that always pre-supposes that what they are about to leave and enter into won't be any better, it usually is or the thought of leaving in the first place or moving on wouldn't have emerged. We all need to move on, let go of certain areas of our life, we leave home, get a new job, find a partner, and so it goes on. Familiarity is to some a way of life if not a comfort, routines, traditions, etc, are all very well and good but without modification of time taking place they can turn about face and start to both repress your life and you can actually regress as you tend to be stationary whilst life overtakes you. For most people "letting go" or "moving on" is a momentos task it takes a big change of heart and often dexterity to effect what they need to do and in the process it can affect a number of people who lose their degree of importance and position in life with regards to friendship and 'best friend type' status. By the same token those that make such a forward move often need to cultivate a whole new base for their lives including friends, neighbours, colleagues, associates, attitudes, environment, thoughts, perceptions and ideologies as to a new future from a different base.

There's a big difference between being selfish and doing something for yourself, being a martyr to yourself isn't smart, it's silly and will only bring on eternal regret and possibly hardship too. It's not that we can't or don't or won't give up something to help others especially those close to us but in the bigger picture what we do has a defined action and course that directs us forward. How we go forward is thus also defined by not only our actions but our attitude and our perceptions of life too. We are the only ones who can direct ourselves in life no matter what help we have or opportunities present themselves. Living with regret isn't an option if we do something we should do so with purpose even if it's not exactly what we would like, building up a store house of regrets and excuses is for the feeble minded and those that seek beyond whom they are. To move anywhere in life we must "let go" of where we are otherwise we just won't move, the circumstances of where we are and the parameters of where we live within and the conditions in which we allow ourselves to move alter quite significantly even for those who are predominantly sedentary. If we do nothing life takes us forward by default, so it's imperative that we do something no matter what to both effect a change to our betterment and place our own purpose firmly on the map. Anything less and we start to both lose the plot and become by default drones just wandering aimlessly and then the rot sets in.

Families, friends, relationships, comfort factors, etc weigh heavily when it comes to having to move on for some, for others they see the bigger picture and know that whilst the current status quo may be good and relatively wholesome, the future won't be an extension on the "now" as fragmentation takes place either by design or default and then the "I should have done this ages ago" thoughts spring to mind. There is also that thing called "the love walk" and if life is that good where you are then the love element from both within yourself and others will allow you to move onwards unheeded because with "love" in evidence only the best is good enough and if that means moving on then so be it and no bitterness, jealousy, envy, etc, will be there to tarnish it all. We are all different and what some do to move forward is a step too far for others, there's no wrong nor right in this, it is what it is, but even the very staid get bored in life and that need not happen, although much of what becomes of them is effected by a narrow attitude that does little for anyone let alone themselves. Letting go provides a paving of the way for the future list of unknowns but from a higher more updated stance, it's here that we can excel or find ourselves and allow our various aptitudes to flourish or at least give them a chance to blossom to some degree. Letting go is not always that easy emotionally even though the aspect of going somewhere better resonates well. We have to do what we have to do, but the bottom line is whatever decision you take don't make it rest with an excuse beside it, make it a committment that way you'll feel more secure and useful within.

AWAKEN YOUR SPIRIT WITHIN

Whatever your beliefs, your thoughts, etc, it changes nothing to the physical fact that you have within you a spirit that lives concurrently with every breath you take. The complexity of the human being is astounding, a bio-chemical mass that is intricately put together, or rather grown together to form whom we are. It's not only a miracle in itself even if blase scientific explanations make it sound simple, we are here a complexity of science living in a complexity of science, our world, both the greater physical world and our inner world, the one which is forever private, personal and unique to ourselves. That spark of life that makes us do what we do and fosters a drive to commune with other humans and bring about development, understanding and to a degree in civilised worlds harmony. The human being is by and large a "herding creature" despite the fact that it's vogue for everyone to "want their space" the biggest problem facing many is in fact loneliness and frustration. We need to feel that there is a value to life, a purpose and that there is something ahead of us or that "what's it all about" feeling starts to emerge which quickly destabilises us and that in turn causes endless mental and physical problems. Nothing in life no matter what it is exists in isolation, there are always causes and repercussions.

Our state of mind is everything, forget intelligence, knowledge, as neither automatically mean one has common sense, many an expert or professional in one or more subjects is screwed up personally and that brings life is to a low ebb and renders itself almost worthless. We are all different as people and have different trajectories in the way we want to go forward, some are almost self sufficient within to move on their own accord, some need every bit of help and push and incentive they can get, and the variance in-between runs wide. However what we do have within is both 'happiness' and that 'feel good' factor ability, it's with us whether we use it or not, and it's linked to the brain, so we can decide whether to turn it on or off. Granted bad news makes us feel initially not so excited and good news raises our spirits, but we still have the ability to make decisions based purely on being happy or acceding to circumstances and reacting accordingly and deciding to be sad or unhappy.

We see in advertising the word "spirit" it is commonly used as to denote a heightened experience or feeling, we even say 'low in spirits' or 'they are very spirited people', etc. The dictionary definition of "Spirit" is thus :- "the principle of conscious life; the vital principle in humans, animating  the body or meditating between body and soul" and "the incorporeal part of humans; present in spirit though absent in body". That vital element in our higher life form, the ability we have that can elevate our whole being subject to us allowing it to happen and living with a degree of lightness within. If we at all start to think negatively then our elevated processes are subject to a down grading, if we try our best despite what may beset and befall us to see the good in life then we will succeed, we will overcome. Of course there are those who go on courses and buy DVD's and downloads or read books on our "spirit" hoping that saged words of wisdom by someone else will suddenly propel them forward and all will be well, and of course that won't happen. There's no free lunch and admonishing yourself of doing anything for yourself by yourself it tantamount to sheer stupidity. If you can't think better thoughts then no one can do it for you, it's that simple. The beauty about human life is it has "free thought" (forget religious repression - not God, religion)) what we think is powerful stuff in that we can decide how we live, if we put our thoughts into a negative mode then we will reap a negative harvest if it's in positive mode then the sky is the limit. If you don't believe that then the chances of life becoming better may have already passed you by.

THE CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE

Progress always comes with drawbacks, but then that's nothing new, building cheaper better more fuel efficient cars brings overcrowding on the roads, making previously inaccessible places holiday destinations changes the local environment, so there's always a trade off in what we do. Never the less our own self ingenuity or at least in the West comes up with ideas that can and do help especially as technology advances. And as technology advances the trade off in gaming and such produces increases in personal debt, stress, loneliness, communicational disorders and character changes, so everything is a balance. Even the availability of food for many makes them obese and they have the audacity to blame manufacturers for making them fat, when it's themselves who constantly stuff food down their mouths, let's take ownership somewhere. As we get wise, or most people do we realise that what once was isn't anymore, that the earth is not only not flat, even though 'flat earthists' still exist, but that we are indeed a small planet which has the most incredible properties and it's location is amazingly situated to support what is called life. The odds of this happening even if other such planets exist are absolutely amazing, staggering and possibly incalculable too. The understanding of consequential happening is mind blowing.

Many religions still to this day believe in folk law,  handed down and embellished opinions and self determined thoughts of the self like charades over time. Religion by it's own volition is a man made structure so from the outset it's faulted as man himself is not perfect and over time it gains also 'add ons' and develops some degree of pomp and rules and regulations - man made, all of which has nothing whatsoever to do with God. Even today Islam lives in the past and likes nothing than a good execution and a stoning and repressive beating just to keep everyone on their toes, all in the name of the Love of their Merciful God, so that's all alright then. And perhaps a bit of terrorism thrown in at the same time, (96% of terrorism is Islamic) a good conduit to meet all those virgins awaiting the perpetrators, what God uses women as a sex incentive??? (The dark forces). But then Catholicism is riddled with changes made by Popes throughout the centuries and all the rituals and idolatry and beatifications of people, where did all this come from? None of it has anything whatsoever to do with God, nothing, and as for the other religious "spin offs" they are positively evil in the way they show no outward love but shun all those that don't believe the way they think, how narrow and un-Godly can you get. In fact it's almost all akin to Devil worship in disguise.

For some the shock that they are literally not the centre of the universe is devastating, the selfish, self centred, egotistical, arrogant, greedy, prideful, etc, all the negative emotions, is a step too far, but as they have to live with themselves that's something they have to come to terms with, fortunately not us. But what is vastly important is that we are all unique people, and we are the nucleus of our world, we are in effect the centre of our own universe, and we should stay that way. The moment we give that up and start to circle some other nucleus we have lost or given up our ability to do and be who we rightfully are. No one can take away the fact of whom we are even in repressive circumstances, it's our blueprint and our watermark of life, however if we follow, mimic, condescend, emulate others then sadly our verve will be watered down to a level that has no interest, no impetus and no value and others will see that in us. The health of any nation represents its success, it's quality and its ability to communicate effectively and freely, the freely can't be emphasised highly enough, for without freedom (and freedom is relative too) life festers and has retrograde consequences where many rely on the few, the many being the repressed and the few being those with free thought. Your universe is what you create for yourself, get it wrong from alien beliefs and that is what you will live an alien concept, your universe is yours, don't apportion blame it wont work it will render you obsolete. Get it right and the universe is such a wonderful place.

MY LIFE - LET ME LIVE IT

We all like to think we are free, then when it suites us we make up stories about why we can't be or because of restrictions or circumstances, but that's a mixture of fear and apathy creeping in to our controlled version of reality. It is a controlled version as we model everything around our ability and not wanting really to venture too far if at all from our 'comfort zone'. It's nice to hold the thought that everything is available to us but we don't really want to venture down the route to get it as it's for most people a step too far. Freedom is relative,  there is always a latitude in freedom and what upsets the apple cart is that of fear itself, in that of allowing others to take control of their lives without being fettered to bureaucracy. i.e. you need permission to do almost anything. It's why the West has ventured further than most countries in terms of technology and creativity and left other areas of the world such as Africa and the Middle East at the bottom of the leagues in terms of innovation and what they give to society. Two extremes one area with relative wealth and the other with relative poverty and between them they contribute nothing as compared to other continents, so engrossed are they in bribery, corruption, bureaucracy, red tape, ministerial / official palm crossing, and so on and so forth. Even in China and India corruption is the biggest culprit to substandard lives and failure more than anything else.

However, where there is a will there is a way, we see around us shops, products, services all created by individuals outside of the major conglomerates. There is within society something that is nearly always sadly lacking in government, entrepreneurial thought. The ability to 'see' without being dragged down into the darkness by that awful word 'politics'. The ability to live life to the full and see values, see needs, see opportunities, and see progress of real value. It's not that governments don't in some areas do a bad job but they are predominantly staffed by inefficient plodders who are at times overburdened with red tape and age old lackadaisical hierarchy that's very very expensive, slow and diffident. The interface between commerce and government at times is like a tsunami itself, where the politicians and bureaucrats feel part of a plan but never be part of it as everything is transient and at times there is more of a collective ownership rather than that of a real leadership lead status.

But even in oppressive countries and religiously controlled countries there remains a degree of freedom, it lies in the underground, it lies in global communication, it lies in leaving the countries for overseas shores which many do, freedom cannot be quashed even when vast amounts of money are needlessly wasted in trying to control freedom and democracy. Nothing that man ever does is without fault, it's impossible as man is by default a creature of faults. But within it all lies that camaraderie of soul and love that makes it all work. Man is a love based creature, take away love and you have a robot or drone, even though a few buck the system for self greed and power the vast majority still subscribe to love for without it even the most creative thinker becomes unstable, as love binds our values and purpose together.

Families and at times educational establishments can actually demote your abilities based purely on their own negativity and personal lack of foresight and some notable examples of people being told when young they would amount to nothing have indeed proved the opposite. So it's very important to follow your own pathway in life and not ramble on aimlessly to those who subscribe to lower aspirations than yourself. Life has a habit of showing you the pathway forward but only if you meet it half way and not from a hypothetical stance but real action and deed. Don't falsely blame what others say about you, or don't falsely blame society or the people around you for being stupid or narrow minded. If you want to break the mould you will by default upset the dull miserable thinkers around you including perhaps your parents that want you to conform for their sake not yours (conditional love syndrome). As soon as success starts to rear its head all will change, but you will be not only wiser but light years ahead in the knowledge of the bigger picture and will see freedom shining through all the cracks that the bureaucrats can't see because of their blindness in seeing beyond tomorrow which is fear based, dark and nothing more.

WHEN IT REALLY DOESN'T MATTER

The saying 'a little learning is a dangerous thing' can be for some almost fatal. Biologically we have almost identical systems but literally how it's wired and how it performs can vary enormously. Like identical computers what we load it with is akin to what we want out of it and how we are to use it. Those that have a quest for knowledge are more aptly devised to process efficiently all the intake of information they receive. Those of a lesser state of development which happens to be the majority of people take in bouts of knowledge and don't efficiently process it, nor do they have the capacity to see the "bigger picture" and thus go off on a tangent of their own making and then wonder why life isn't what it should be or it isn't fair. The media delve into others lives, people's state of affairs, often really dull and boring stuff and it's picked up usually by dull and boring people as they have little else to do in their introverted thought processes.  None of the information having any bearing upon whoever reads it and thus is immaterial to their lives. No one is indispensable, if the Heads of State in  all Europe and the USA died over night, life would still carry on the following day, they would be history within a week as the new incumbents would be the flavour of the day and being live have more to offer than a corpse who has no further use. Respect for the dead is something that doesn't exist, it means nothing, no matter what you felt of them either personally or with regards their imprint on humanity, which few have, it's just a mind thought, admiration can live on respecting the dead is hollow.

The number one person in your life is you, it has to be you, you have to be the centre of your universe and not some alien atom floating around the nucleus of another being or life. It's not being selfish nor self centred, if you can't do something for yourself then no one else can either. Once you are "at one" with yourself then you have the perfect ability to do whatever you want and help others you deem are significant in your life. Your whole "love walk" the co-existing element in humanity thrives on you being able and secure in whom you are, for without either you dither and procrastinate and have little to offer anyone as ones existence become a trudging concept that overrules all the fun, the enjoyment, the grace, the enhancement and creativity that is out there awaiting you. The global state of mental health that Western countries are facing is all bound in others being too nosey into others lives, it's not a healthy caring scenario, it's almost of voyeuristic proportions and linked to the self, which is a self poison which doesn't rest well and produces negativity, stress, anxiety and daub. However, we have choices in what we do and say, whom we look up to and who we possibly despise like despots and the Islamic suicide bombers, who seem to be forever growing such is their religious instability.

To clear the mind of extraneous garbage one must have a self focus and subliminally have a list of importance placed upon each, not a cheap second hand thrill but a real purpose for what one deems are relevant to life for if this is not in evidence then much of the self thought is superfluous and without merit and over burdensome to what one thinks and feels about. Our attitude is paramount to how we live our lives and enjoy life, if we are overruled by negative emotions such as ego, anger, greed, pride, arrogance, etc, then whatever is ahead of us will always be second best no matter what it is. We will not see clearly because of the self created fog thus we cocoon ourselves in a diatribe of high pent up negativity and stress and badness. Where the love walk doesn't exist our minds focus on what others have negating what we can do to improve our lot. Where love meets consciousness on a higher level the resultant is all seeing and all knowing to a degree that one is more secure and easily ready to understand what was previously not understandable, it's a freeing of the mind and soul without any negative feedback nor inner acquiescing to any other state that may be circling around us.

If we only held on to what is important, whatever that is to each and every one of us how much lighter life would be. Reciting the bad news spewed out by the television and radio does nothing to promote ourselves especially when over 95% of it is beyond our control or ability to change. Being informed is one thing, harbouring such thoughts as a means of trying to be 'smart' or up to date in conversation speaks of a low mentality and one which will suffer the penalty of negativity. Negativity in any guise forms an automatic lowness which eventually permeates every fibre of our system, it has to as if we feed ourselves garbage it has to go somewhere. Good thoughts always uplift, it's no option because goodness is by definition uplifting and where such upliftment occurs so does a calmer and more sedate and understanding mind. If you've tried being a know all stop it and reside on a need to know basis, allow what can't be changed or you have no control over to be as they are or stories about others who you will never meet or see or have any connection with float on by. They are not number one, you are.
