WORLD SEGREGATION

Whatever your belief, your understanding, your knowledge, your grasp on life there's always more, there's always that bit extra that you don' know of or what doesn't rest comfortably within so you tend to skirt over it and peddle the other stuff that more easily flows off the tongue or the pen. Then of course there is the self bias too, and your religious leanings they have a lot to do with your stability and failure rate, and some of the biggest religions have the biggest predominance of instability and failure, no guesses here. It's important that one understands too where life is taking us otherwise like the vast majority they will just follow and fail then blame everyone else like happens in the Middle East and much of Africa where hysteria is a part of life. It's almost as if wholesale happiness has been eradicated by religion that supports no one and that their God never ever helped anyone ever and where they have less success than all others in the world, they don't deserve it yet bring it on themselves. Believing in something that never happens isn't a way of life it's a sad indictment to indoctrination and nothing more. It also has resolutely massive drawbacks as the world speeds up, and believe what you like things are going to get far worse for many, even if initially nothing will seem to dramatically happen. But like many an illness it's there for a long time until it all of a sudden strikes and then sadly it's all too late.

Even in Western countries there will be enormous changes and structural disruption especially with many migrant families for if integration isn't on their agenda and they seek the status of misplaced persons, i.e. foreigners of identity living in another country then doom will be their only reception in life and the option to do a U turn will not be available as no one will want to know. Chances need to be taken when expedient not when one feel they have the luxury to suite themselves. Life does not carry passengers, nor does it suffer fools, egotists, religious or political stupidity. Whilst our climate is going through a new metamorphosis as it has done many times before, what's happening now is nothing new even if it's outlined to be a man made event. Much of the bias towards global warming and carbon offsetting and the like is commercially and politically backed and will result in the usual corruptness that's self created and failure and mayhem will result. It's not that we shouldn't be better placed and cleaner it's like everything else it's usually left to the incompetent and narrow to do what others don't want to do.

The global political speak of integration is but a facade and rifts, segregation, splitting apart, isolation, multi-level partitions, etc are already taking place by those that can and do and those that don't and can't. There is a definite shift to enlightenment in life a feeling of greater understanding and a knowledge of what 'it's' all about even if it takes into account a degree of a lack of complex understanding also. Evolution isn't a pretty picture outlined by school teachers at primary school, nor New Age Evangelists, nor whet Religious freaks who say what they think they ought to say as apart to what is expedient. It's all about being yourself today more than ever before as that will by default separate you out and allow you to further your cause without the dross of others who want to stifle and control and the inept politically correct who have no purpose in life at all. Blame doesn't have a place in life, even if there is truth in what it purports to be, blame isn't an answer that has impetus to going forward, what's done has been done progress is either moving onwards or rectifying what has happened to a degree, the past cannot be reversed but it can be forward amended.

Celebrating individuality in today's society is a way or reducing unity, and to celebrate for the sake of it is a profoundness of diminished responsibility by those who have very little vision, understanding and foresight. It produces isolated individuals and communities that are less likely to integrate, to hold on to old ways, to feel negatively different and not be able to communicate with everyone else efficiently, it will separate out to produce outcasts and 'looked down upon' people many of whom will never recover the psychological onslaught. Celebrating diversity is fine for the educated but for third world immigrants they will come from one third world environment to creating another in the west and that will result in a massive "us" and "them" which is in evidence now. Enlightenment is the only way forward, but as politicians are themselves unenlightened little hope of that exists and for the main it will all only get worse in the foreseeable future.

WHEN THE LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL GOES OUT

What happens when your future is stymied right in front of you, when hope turns into a nothingness, when the glimmer of something on the horizon just fades out of view, when within your mind you just sit and stare at the endless swurming of nothingness that's all around you. When the excitement of anything has lost its sparkle and searching for the smallest thing to try and bring a feeling of possibility has completely vanished and the mind is on a life support system that keeps functions going but not much more. Where living in a mind coma is the nearest explanation one can get to an understanding of surviving with intangible thoughts exhausted and mind control depleted. Well this doest happen no matter what you feel or how close you may be able to empathise with any of it as it's all a state of mind. Frustrations and disappointments do happen and they seem to arrive like buses all together then there are none for quite a while, but that doesn't solve nor explain anything, things are what they are and we need to understand the 'bigger picture' in life for if we dwell in our own microcosm we will forever be at the mercy of negativity, insularity and loss.

Our mental state is largely down to ourselves and whilst we all differ in abilities, intelligence, education, common sense, etc, no one can change our thoughts but ourselves, even if others try and persuade us by reason and example. When either as an individual or a nation loses sight of hope and better things then there sets in a mind shift which is neither wholesome or stable, it's a lowness which generates, fosters and creates subliminal structures of a negative nature which affect everyone, some being more pervious to the effects than others. Where a state of lowness resides unrest, insurrection, mayhem, violence, treachery, deceit, corruption thrives as all these need ideal conditions to take root, and where all that is good and hopeful isn't all that is the the opposite will flourish. Politicians rarely make the best people to dictate terms even if they are spot on with their understanding of the situation. They tend to broadly speak in terms of "we" and "us" as a colloquial diktat that hopefully encompasses and engages all, sadly it doesn't as they haven't that ability to be genuine in delivery nor do they understand and efficiently empathise with degrees of sincerity that would create an ease within the turbulence that is to come. Cold rhetoric is becoming more common and more frequent and the backlash to this is the exact opposite of what is needed. Ineptitude has no boundaries nor parameters as it exists anywhere where there isn't a firm cohesion of thought, implication, understanding and deed.

Life goes around in cycles as does current opinion and current thought by default has a 'shelf life' then dies a death, it is something that the overall population take on board without too much thought because it appears that it's all a consensus of opinion, little do they realise it isn't and that they are creating that opinion anyway, hence negativity spreads via a viral route. Good things can spread via a viral route too but not that often because if goodness is an intrinsic part of the self there's little impetus to go further, if it's good it's good. Where bad or not so good things happen as we see quite often today it's because individuals have been motivated into doing and saying things quite often that they have never done nor said before. Viral understanding and getting a "litmus" test of life is going to become more prevalent and make the press even less useful as they only embellish stories to try and create gravitas whereas they are all a few steps behind the reality of any situation especially where it's all punctuated by studio conjecture by the same old cronies who spoke about it last time and the time before and got it wrong then too.

We all have to "see the light" at some point in life some more than others, never the less without a degree of real hope the future would permanently look bleak. Everything has limitations and when our time comes to excel it will, wishing it would come sooner than later is futile even if we create our own destiny or think we do. We need to isolate ourselves from what's around us and conditions for if we don't we will by default be controlled by them. It doesn't mean that we can't be mindful of what our environment local and global consists of but within all of these there are always opportunities for us to excel. Keeping our own council is of paramount importance and not entering into mundane banter about what we can't change nor are privy to in great detail, headline news is just that nothing more. Our emotions create our lives for it's how we feel strongly or not that guides us in whatever direction we feel fit or perhaps just rest on our laurels and do nothing. For some it's not a case of finding the light at the end of the tunnel, it's actually finding the tunnel and understanding that tunnels aren't always straight so we need to go down it turn a few times then the light is there, it's not linear. It's linear thinking that stops many from doing well and getting despondent, when all along they are perhaps just a hairs breadth away from great success.

HATE AND PERFECTION

More than ever today the young are put under pressure to conform, all the hollow talk of allowing them to being individuals is rubbish as once they start to differ from the 'norm' they are soon reprimanded because the "parents" or "social class" feels threatened and frightened and have doubts themselves, not to mention are at times totally ignorant about the whole scenario. Parents can be the best thing for any young person or they can be the worse thing ever and cause their children untold stress anxiety and a repressive early life especially the very religiously evil parents that want their children to do what they want and not how they develop naturally themselves. The dichotomy and plurality of many areas within the authoritarian confines of life speak from safe havens expressing individuality yet at the same time want everyone to be the same because you can't control individuality so that side of the the conversation is purely smart talk, the reality of individuality does scares them to bits. Individuality is about to a large extent going against the grain, it's how progress is made, it's how we break through barriers, it's what separates the 'men from the boys' it is what spear heads evolution as opposed to the fuddy duddies who believe they are the stalwarts of society yet are are pure gatekeepers and repressors by default.

From many an "internal" perspective it's always alright for "others" to be different to be "individually creative" but for those in your family or around that self same trait is defined as "weird" or "being confrontational" or "what's matter with them" such is the narrowness of many. It's ignorance and in many cases families that lack education and outward intelligence that fear the most and thus often ridicule those brighter than themselves. It tends to be these areas and educationally lacking that are the stalwarts of racism, sexism, religious zealots, etc, often it's those in the supposedly antagonised groups themselves that can cause more of a problem via their own attitude than those outside observing, as most people just don't care, get on with your life, let me live mine. And of course the old favourite 'attitude' rears its head, bad attitudes ALWAYS create dissent no matter who or what you are.

Hatred and jealousy, ego, arrogance, etc, stem predominantly from those who reside in areas of negativity, it's not that others don't possess such traits but they have other options too like getting a life and not just watching others have one. Everything we do or say is a manifestation of whom we are, we have to be "aware" of whom we are and how society is in order to proficiently go forward. If we have either an "attitude" problem or a bad perception of what life is like we will be that person by default that has little or no self esteem, and many people who have problems with various social groups are usually bad communicators in every way. Not only can they not communicate efficiently, i.e. say clearly what they want in a manner that others find acceptable, but the use of words and bad language automatically puts others off and puts then on a course of uneasiness, and that's failure by default. Bad communication is usually a family trait, not always but often, so if the child has no real drive within they follow suite and pick up all the bad habits, attitudes, feelings, underdog feelings, which is a shame for many only need a small spark of encouragement to excel in areas they had never dreamt off or more to the point dare not dream of.

Perfection doesn't exist but that's not important as most wouldn't recognise it anyway, the 75% rule exists for most where anything above makes a disproportionate difference to the value of the product and greatly increases the cost too. Society gets on well with less than perfection and to some extent substandard and even  shoddy, it finds its levels and we find ours. Costs don''t necessarily define a product as a "designer" dress can cost literally a few pounds or dollars to make yet be sold for thousands, again it finds its market. It's what we do with our lives that gives it value and unfortunately some people are not brought up with any personal value otherwise they would be better than they are in every respect. Our society teaches less of values in education today so that even technically brilliant people become introverted zombies because they live two lives. That of an intellectual (and they can be the biggest nerds on the planet full of idealistic theory and no substance) and then a life of trying to enjoy both whom they are and all that can enhance it, and neither at times works to any advantage.

LIFE'S TRIBULATIONS

Everyday someone somewhere is going through an ordeal of a magnitude that they would never have dreamt of, it doesn't just happen to a few but encompasses millions of people across the planet. It matters not what it is, medical, financial, relationship, poverty, tsunamis, etc, it is what it is and it taxes the self to enormous lengths. How we cope differs from person to person and how we deal with life and look upon life, after all it's part of our personal evolution and it will have a place in our lives whether we like it or not. Whether we make a shrine to it and carry it around for time to come as a topic of conversation or whether we place it in our archives as something that just happened at a certain time is down to us. And what we may think is a personal tribulation for others is relatively nothing as compared to what they have been through, endured and come out of the other side to live life yet again. Everything in life is relative and how we see life is relative to our enjoyment, how we embrace life, commune with life and share life makes a difference to our personal presence and whom we choose to have around us or possibly who chooses to be around us, hereby lies a big difference. Most people are themselves the biggest problem they will ever face how we think things through or reason with life and all its foibles comes from one solitary place, the mind. Our thoughts are unique even if they at times concur with those of others. If we choose to imitate or copy others that's a choice we have made, if it's the wrong choice we are to blame not those we followed, taking ownership is paramount to a really full enjoyment of life at every level.

Life takes no prisoners nor holds any ace cards nor warrants any favourites, whatever we do or encounter is exactly what it is. We are at the helm of our own ship and thus we have to steer it, if we don't we will end up floating randomly and where we end up is anyone's guess. We can't apportion blame nor fairness to anything as we must be in control of ourselves regardless of the circumstances which are always subject to change. Intellectual conjecture is stuff TV programmes are made of for entertainment not a key faculty for managing life. Within the pathway ahead are two crucial areas, love and associated happiness for if we are devoid of either our purpose and feeling of being wanted is lost, at which point everything loses its meaning. The God factor is significant in many lives even if the God they are worshipping doesn't exist because as it gives that "after life" understanding that makes paving the way here on earth a worthwhile cause, even if it's rough and unjust. The atheists will die and be confined to dust as forgotten and as a transient entity without any purpose and certainly no after life anyway.

Every individual is a success, failure is something that has been conjured up by the media and the narrow to apportion credentials that are not of their own volition and thus make a statement at something that is far beyond their own comprehension. Sadly many choose to see success as something tangible, yet for many getting through the life they have been delivered is more than a success it's a tribute to their own stamina and determination and strong will. Many so called successful people have gained an asset upon which they are judged but at the end of the day it all means nothing as life is an attitude which is a free spirit and definitely not linked to any religion nor commercial enterprise. Dealing with life no matter what is very personal even though some like to share it with everyone they come across, which in reality makes things worse as they then build a scenario with gravitas and that's then an entity in the mind whereas before it was just a problem to be solved.

WHEN FAILURE IS YOUR BEST FRIEND

For many people the word failure sends a shudder down their spine, it brings a cold and embarrassing chill to what they have to say. Yet failure is a natural part of life, it's a part that makes us strong, resilient and above all successful too. Every day scientists and researchers fail in trying to find a solution or a cure, eventually they find an answer that works. The telephone, light bulb, penicillin, cancer drugs, the aero engine, even none stick frying pans all emanated after years of constant failure. So why are so many fickle people so frightened of the word or judge others who try and fail yet they themselves sit smugly doing nothing so not to fail?  Why is it that the "gatekeepers" (who are the real failures) the secretaries / HR / the employment agencies so fearful and reticent about it all that their own insecurities and sheer ignorance holds up the free flow of real talent that's out there and allows mediocre people to get jobs that produce mediocre results. The dearth of lowly intelligent management who whilst may be acceptable at what they do have no foresight and are far too fearful of employing anyone who would shake their own position.

Applying vision to someone who hasn't any is always a problem and even successful organisations are staffed by those who again may effectively do what they have to do well but in the process stifle what could have been or might have been far better had creativity been allowed to enter into the scenario. Short sightedness, tempered outlooks, lack of real vision, fearful of breaking the mould, employing the "if it's not broken don't fix it" mentality, all of which is totally wrong. Staid, dull, monolithic structures, bureaucracy which is always run by dull people, and so it goes on. Many major companies pride themselves on units or adjuncts where they employ people who supposedly "think out of the box" and some are brilliant yet the majority are just mildly creative which flatters those that take them on and falls short of what real "out there thinking" contains. Real "out of the box" thinking often comes in packages that most couldn't recognise if it was stamped  "out of the box thinking" on the outside of it.

Learning is a series of failures for if everything went correctly when something goes wrong we wouldn't have a clue as to what to do or indeed do not act efficiently in rectifying it all. Even in accidents we find out why the cause happened and take steps to help identify and reduce the situation happening again. Those that never try because they are frightened of failing are dull and produce nothing of value, our skills and mind sets help others not go down the same pathways and if we keep failure to ourselves and not share the experiences then it says a lot about us and what insular and mean people we are. Granted there are times when failure can be more than embarrassing, it can cause loss of life, mayhem, turmoil, etc, but that is literally a part of life and something we must face up to and not shy away from, nor listen to the throng of people on the side-lines casting aspersions and shouting, for such people are the fodder of real failure and are of worthless content trying to make themselves feel important whereas they are of no consequence in life at all.

Those that have had a whole heap of dead ends, things that have not gone well or worked out, things that have met with high resistance, things that others cannot get to grips with and things that have on the outside seemingly failed are always those that in the end do well. They overcome the dull and pathetic and pseudo intellectuals who have no creativity just the ability to churn over in their mind potentials and possibilities yet it never really works out. Interesting people, people who can laugh, enjoy life, people who are stable are those who have endured, entertained difference, pressed on ahead in dark corridors, gone ahead where others have dithered, had a go, put their heart and soul into it all and just dared to be themselves and not be influenced or clouded by the mass dullness of everyone else. If you can't entertain failure you can't entertain life.
