THE PRICE FOR FEELING INFERIOR

Most people have a limit within themselves of how they would like to be or what they would like to do in life, anything else is down to daydreaming. We know ourselves better than anyone, we know our likes and dislikes and we know our fears but not always our strengths as at times we take what we do well for granted. We also know our little foibles such as being frightened of needles for injections or fear of flying or whatever it is that outwardly doesn't show itself to the world or even close friends. Whatever media we choose to partake of television, radio, newspapers and magazines, our phones or tablets, we see others doing what they do from a perspective of designer delivery, news is very rarely just presented as it is. Most news has been washed, tumble dried, toned, sifted, elasticated, bleached, enhanced, spray dried, tweaked, and then some more as to how the various media wish to portray it and which 'hook' they have gotten into their mind that they can hopefully 'run' with the story and milk it for every last drop they can. It's all becoming dull and forever boring especially that 90% of the news is predominantly negative so it's loaded that way to give it more gravitas and feeling to sell more copy. But when it comes to our own lives it's a totally different story, we are the living version of news ourselves, our day isn't scripted nor is our life even if we plan ahead. Whatever we do or happens to us is in 'real time' and there are rarely any chances to have re-takes as it all is what it is, good or bad.

Many people don't actually realise how good they are at something in life, whether it's just being a kind listener - which is rare today as everyone wants to speak, or that their inherent traits or learned skills are far above the average of those around them. Much of how we think emanates from early childhood and our family base, whatever that consists of. As we get older we have the ability to gain our own momentum but whether we take advantage and do that ourselves is purely down to us, thus many people get passed over in life's chances as they hide behind a smoke screen that they have set up themselves. Life is not fair, we are not born into a world where attached to out little toe is a guarantee should all go wrong call this freephone number, this is it warts and all. Then to crown it all there are the "gatekeepers" in life those that on appearances select others for positions in accordance with a remit, often negating really clever people as they would not fit in with an image yet given the opportunity would transform current mundanity into something grand.

However the reality aspect of ourselves is, our left hand brain may be a powerhouse of incredible facts, figures and ingenuity, but is the right hand brain capable of making it a viable proposition or are we doomed to a constant thought of something better minus the ability to capitalise upon it? There is no doubt that out there in life are currently some absolutely fabulously brilliant people whose far sightedness transcends those of current "think tanks" or supposedly 'clever' people who are consigned to companies and organisations to see how the future could potentially evolve and where society and brands would be placed, along with all the other associated aspects of life too. It's such a shame that people predominantly only recruit people who are on their wave length and almost always overlook the really gifted seeing them as alien to the overall plan, which they are not privy to anyway. And worse still many great thinkers almost always fail the psychological tests that many corporate entities use as a guide to recruitment eliminating the aspect that they are trying to seek out, the human element of advanced communication and emotion and far sightedness.

Life is a series of 'taking chances', some large some small, but it's only by taking chances that we get inner security. The ideal position if we could by magic just be in it without any stress related gamble doesn't exist other than in our dreams, so unless we know where we really stand then our current status quo will be forever the same. We can attain a great position in life and actually surf it for many years enjoying what we do  including our freedoms and possibly our remuneration. Then bingo, one day we wake up and it all means nothing anymore, what we had was great, but it's all in the past, the future is now a place of daunting and whereas last week it seemed assured, today it all seems another universe away and alien in thought and form. Our desire to now be further up the ladder is of great personal significance and seeking an entree into this new world is like being back at school and waiting for next term, except in our case next term won't arrive, we have to develop it for ourselves.

All momentum in life is within us, it can't be anywhere else, opportunities exist all over the place all the time, so it's up to us to seek them out even if at times it's a blind stab in the dark. Over 80% of all jobs are not advertised, so those that seek get, those that do nothing get nothing, it's not rocket science here. Our value and our desire again is purely ours, so it's up to us to take charge of whom we are and seek potential, cast off the No's, learn from the feedback elevate ourselves and raise our profile, and if we can't do that then who we are has to be re-evaluated and our own personal thoughts re-assessed. The route to success is often arduous and at times down right depressing and frustrating, but then success has its plush rewards that far overcome all of these and it literally separates those who do and those who don't do. The ball is as always in our court.

QUALITY HOME LIFE - WHERE IT WENT WRONG!!!

Without getting into statistics and political jargon and enhanced journalistic rhetoric there is definitely a movement today regarding the breakdown of family life. Where young people are finding it respectively more difficult than at any other time in history to find some degree of substance in their lives. Every generation says the same thing, yes, but this current generation have been disadvantaged by very poor parenting or possibly none existent parenting and this has caused a systematic shift is resultant lifestyles and emotional thought patterns. Governments are almost impotent in the area of personal associations finding it difficult enough to keep their own noses clean let alone look after those of a nation. Too far has 'political correctness' gone and those that have put into place high degrees of immunity for children and governors of same should be rounded up for the euthanasia programme, as the damage they have done to society is immeasurable. It's not fortunately beyond reach but never the less only tough, single mindedness and directly responsive action will again place the young back on track and at the same time give them a feeling that hope something that is sadly missing and currently is fuel for growing discontent.

Not only is bad parenting an issue but even for the parents themselves becoming overweight and sloven in their attitude to life. One only has to see children in supermarkets and banks to see that it's a free for all with them doing exactly what they like, and playing around with everything they can touch without any feeling or knowledge of what they are doing. Parents seemingly give in at the sign of any pressure just to get peace of mind. Yet the government and the local councils offer no moral lead whatsoever, upmarket bickering and hypothetical banter about our "one size fits all society" and "not upsetting" certain groups takes precedence to a degree that leadership is almost a fictional issue. Is there anyone in the world who has leadership qualities and thinks about their own people first, where charity begins at home and not sending taxpayers money overseas when everyone at home is struggling - this is a fundamental aspect of 'national happiness' or lack of it, as is the case currently. It doesn't make good international politics for the politicians not to talk about giving money away, but the UK is not a charity of right to global issues, and because politicians are weak they prefer to tow the line rather than make waves on a national and proud principle. National pride hardly exists and that's a DIRECT response to bad and ineffective governmental control. The last Labour party were bloody useless and the current government haven't a clue.

The advent of gaming, social media, emailing, texting, etc, is here to stay, the very young know of no other situation in their lives and their communicational skills and the speed at which they utilise such is a part of their abilities to communicate as much as their social structure. However, from a parenting aspect sticking young children in front of a TV screen for hours on end to keep them quiet, or plying them with endless food and soft drinks is not only lazy it shows a degree of patheticness and lax stupidity regarding the future concerns of the children themselves. Whilst the government should lead, that attitude should be well tempered with "personal responsibility" for without personal responsibility and an understanding of what it means, there is no hope whatsoever and any plans which are drawn out are on the definite failure list before they start. Manners are a rarity with young people unless they come from a family with manners, which is a rarity too, so self absorbed in a structured world of deluded selfishness that they see little around them and a smugness prevails. The "me" syndrome.

There are so many "ring fences" around children, they can't be touched and they know it. The social services (who know their rights too well and backwards and in every language) and the legal ambulance chasers after young offenders who like whores will do anything for money, are happy to earn their stipend regardless of how it comes into effect, in fact some specialise in representing almost lost causes as a profession in itself. Morality is holistic it's not something that's dished out to a chosen few, it's something that should be part of a communities ability to understand the bigger picture. Rich or poor the bottom line is right is right and wrong is wrong, where this is thrown out of kilter is that the poor that do wrong are excused because of their background, and the wealthy have expensive lawyers lying their way through technicalities in order to get their clients off, and the justice system is at times a version of Monty Python's 'Original' Flying Circus. Another cause for national unhappiness.

Where national cohesion and unity are positions of strength, enhancing alien cultures goes against the grain as they can never ever be technically fulfilled and thus in a market of multi-cultural people where separation is the norm ghettos are becoming common place as opposed to a unified Britishness made up of a homogenised group of different ethnicities. The bowing to groups who suddenly decide that they want things their way only enhances aggravation and yet again causes national unhappiness. The underlying lost echelon of teachers and bureaucratic local government personnel have very little to aspire to other than what they think as opposed to what they know and it shows terribly in the somewhat disjointed output over and above pure educational products. The future generation needs the symbiosis of parenting / schooling and very little is concordant today and there are no hard efforts to make it happen. i.e. It's must be a legal requirement of parenting as opposed to some wet self governing situation which always has a cop out who always get away with it because they can.

BELIEVING IN LUCK

There's a lot spoken about luck, we even say "you are lucky" when something good happens to someone, even if we don't know the circumstances to which the event has happened, it is at times an almost instinctive phrase we splash out on. But in reality is there ever such a thing as luck or is it really a series of circumstances that have come together at a certain time to produce a result which is favourable to us?  Or at times negative circumstances to provide what we would call "unlucky". For the most part we don't believe in magic even when we see it on television, we know somewhere lurking behind the scene or in the slight of hand there is a plausible understanding of how it all works. We could be passively surprised that a great aunt whom we didn't have any contact with has left us a legacy of money that will see us well for the rest of our lives, but is that luck or just the fact that we were left that money because of a plan behind the transaction taking place. On the face of it it may seem astounding and wonderful - and it is, and it could be construed as luck, one never knowing much about the aunt and indeed what wealth she had, but in reality what part did luck play in that money being left? Everything basically has a plan, those that win the lottery do so because they take part, tickets don't just fly into our hands for nothing. Whether we win or not is something else it's not luck it's a game of chance, and whether we want to adonate the fact that we are lucky that our numbers came up trumps it is after all a sheer electro-mechanical process, as some weeks no one gets to be a winner and thus it's a rollover time.

To be in the "luck" game we have to manufacture the circumstances for it to materialise, sitting at home isn't going to do anything for us and neither is contemplation or anything else, we have to be in it to win it, whatever it is that we wish to embark upon or win. Whether we go for a job or wish to elevate our lives or whatever it is the more we commune with life the chances of us getting ahead are far far greater than just thinking about it or hypothesising about it. Meeting like minded others or indeed similar people in different environments and indeed just meeting others no matter who they are can all be conduits that can whizz us on towards our desired destination. Calculating on those around us does very little in the order of things to know who knows who. Someone who is so remotely distanced from what you do can have a brother, sister, son, daughter, friend who is fully knowledgeable about what you do and indeed is either looking for someone like yourself or who could quickly place you within the thick of those you have been skirting around for such a long time. The value of networking is always impressive but be cautious as there are those who are seasoned net workers who do very little in life but take, take, take based on contacts and never give anything back, and if you have nothing to offer will shun you and not even offer to assist such is there devised smugness and meanness.

Life is not an even playing field so those that seem to "have luck" over those that don't means nothing, it's circumstances and not all luck ends as positive or at times hides negative underlying currents that we often don't see or if we do recognise such tend to brush aside as it often has a macabre appearance. The fact that some struggle for years whereas others seem to glide onwards is not to be analysed, our positioning in life does play a very big part as does our outward appearance, there are many factors that are unseen that play a significant part in our development and opportunities that are available. A positive mind is always an advantage as is compassion and understanding too, we can't live others lives or dreams neither can we allow others to live ours, surfing someone else's wave or flying in the slip stream of others is dangerous territory and smacks of a lack of self initiative and originality, it more often than not results in failure or gross disappointment. If you are religious then God is on your side, sadly some God's have done nothing for their followers ever, the Middle East is a prime example, despite fervent worship, if anything it's hindered growth and unsubstantiated the human being. For those that don't believe in anything, that we are a result of pure evolution and thus mistakes of the present moment without purpose or destination - you need all the luck you can get.

THE VACUUM EFFECT

Whether we are gregarious or somewhat timid one thing we all like to do and get some kudos from is to move forward in life, regardless of what it is for, work, relationships, our home, whatever it is, making a difference pleases us no end. Making a difference elevates whom we are and gives us a feeling or worthiness and that we actually have the ability within to implement what we have just done. Of course life is not always that simple, we are not an isolated entity there are others around us be they family, friends, associates, and like the ripple effect on a pond, some of our actions are seen or felt by others by default. However that being the case it’s us who rules our lives not others and regardless of what they think or feel (which is all about them not us) it’s us who has to have the best interest of ourselves at heart for if we can’t do something to better our lives who can? It’s not being selfish in this case it’s actually taking ownership of what we need to do and if others respect and love us they will understand, if what we do puts others ‘noses’ out of joint then it says more about them than it does us. We don’t have to be bombastic or indignant or anything else, just go about our business in a way which is conducive to what we have to do in our own time and our own space, nothing more. Furthermore we don’t need permission from anyone to do what is expedient and right and proper with or for our lives, neither do we need feedback either even if it’s very positive, provided what we have done is with a good heart and is not vindictive then our conscience should be clear.  We should be able to accept the results of our actions, even if they happen to fall short of our expectations which happens at times. At least we get full marks for trying we get nothing for doing nothing.

In talking to people it quickly comes to notice just in their general conversation whether they are happy or not, it’s not rocket science or mind reading, it’s physically spelt out in what they say and how they say it and also in the tonal quality and degrees of reticence in the flow of conversational content. It’s not that we go deliberately looking for such underlying meanings in others conversations but we do pick it all up subliminally, and that has a degree of inner influence as to how we evaluate and think about others. Events can at times makes us more chirpy good news has that effect and somewhat dull at times as not so good news has the opposite effect, it’s our overall demeanour that overrides this that we inherently understand because we all possess such qualities and these qualities are a constant commonality within us all.

Stepping out, going forward, pushing the envelope, etc, all these things at times we come across by having to make a decision that’s outside our comfort zone, it makes perhaps us feel a little queasy or nervous but it can also give us a little excitement at the same time. What many find daunting is that if they make a decision that means moving forward or stopping something that has been ongoing for a long time, what takes its place, and what do they do now in this new heightened place. In going forward there could be a vacuum left behind and that’s at times quite a scary thing especially if our lives are not high powered and we don’t personally have lots of options nor perhaps finances to start something else. What we do have however is us, we are more than adequately equipped to uphold who we are, where we are and enjoy the benefits of making a positive move, even if in the process it’s caused us a few nights of restless sleep, it’s all par for the course. No pain no gain as the old saying goes, but it’s relatively true in context, reaching for better often takes its toll en-route to it becoming a place of better satisfaction, greater harmony and above all self esteem and purpose. Very little of great benefit in life happens on its own, it has to be instigated and how it’s implemented is down to us, even if we get a helping hand, it’s still down to us. Excuses are for failures, the lazy and those that are all but brain dead. It doesn’t mean that we have to follow suite with others, nor does it mean that our way forward has to be something dramatic that’s going to be reported on global news it takes a small key to start a big car, so it’s nothing out of our reach to make life better for us.

Where most people flounder is that it becomes second nature and all too easy to admonish where they are in life and just keep saying life could be better but never do anything about it, that’s the most common mistake people have. Or they idealise a future but are unlikely to instigate it by saying “if I had this” then life would change, very doubtful. The bottom line is if you can’t think of “better” thoughts where you are when an opportunity arises it won’t be taken because the excuse factor will raise its head, i.e, talk yourself out of it or put others in the scenario and so it goes on.  Then there is the vacuum effect, well, if I do this it means I’ll have to change my life and even though it would potentially be a lot better it sounds like hard work, whereas at the moment I do “sod all” and just think about better things, but don’t have them nor commit to anything - well that’s really scary having to be pro-active. And unfortunately that’s also a common thought for people who have got into a common rut in life, they are constantly between the devil and the deep blue sea, and live a life of underperforming and heightened procrastination.

Most people are of a goodly nature, even if they are lazy or selfish and self centred, there is often no great malice other than degrees of hollow jealousy or something similar in those that don’t have and do nothing to change that, deep down they understand the dichotomy of their thoughts. Yet at even a mundane level little is done by many to keep up appearances so the whole “self” slips into a state or “rough and ready” and once we let personal quality slip, mind, body and spirit there is literally little left to live for, we become almost a drone by our very nature. Some who are medically restricted have little choice overall to improve their lot other than keep a light heart and open mind, but for the vast majority there is no excuse, it’s not finance lead so there’s not an opt out clause based upon that.

There’s more that’s good and great for us ahead if we take the trouble to take that step forward, there are possibilities beyond our expectations, certainly far more than we have now even if the “now” for us is relatively good. The “go” button to make any transitional step resides within us, so it’s at our disposal to press it and enjoy the ride forward to a better place any time we like. We should respect ourselves well, that way we respect others too and in turn they respect us, truth and honesty are the backbone of our being, and we need to adhere to that, if we allow anything other we soon become disingenuous and that harbours deceit and a whole manner of underhanded things.

Our “attitude” is key to life for it shows the world who and what we are, it’s a fundamental thing as it’s a culmination of all of whom we are. Attitude is picked up by everyone no matter where you come from of what language you speak, it’s automatically sensed and how we feel rightly or not towards others is based upon that. Whether our credentials are first class or mediocre, if the signals we are giving off aren’t right then we aren’t right either. The ‘vacuum effect’ isn’t something to hold us back, it should be a great block upon which to move forward without the negativity of the past following us, we take only the good stuff and leave the rest behind lightening our whole stance in life and allowing greater joy, happiness and emotional freedom to become far more prominent and dominant in out thoughts and feelings and what we do.

The ball’s in our court, it’s down to us, there are no others in the world who can do it for us, start when you are ready, but don’t wait too long or you will fester in your own apathy.

CATCHING THE JOY OF LIFE

Within our lives we have a multitude of circumstances and events that help shape who we are and how we think. There is a reality situation which is all about how it really is and a philosophical thought process based upon conjecture and how we deem it is via our own contrived thoughts. The latter may in fact not be too far from the truth but the bottom line is that it won't change a solitary thing unless we either make change happen itself or come to terms more succinctly with whom we are. The future is always open to what we have in mind even if it doesn't quite turn out like we had intended, which is often the case, but that doesn't for one minute mean it can't be better. One of the biggest problems that most people suffer from is acute narrow mindedness, we get an incling of what's available in life and what we can possibly manage then make a 'bee' line for it negating potential and possibilities that come before us, which then leaves us forever short and frustrated. What is 'out there' is amazingly enormous, there lies ahead of us a massive array of possible and fabulous options that we don't know exists, that we are not privy to in our insular world of "I know what I want" or even "I don't know what I want". Failure for many is allowing their own narrowness to negate the good and the great because initially it seems alien and doesn't fall within the self defined, narrow, dull and boring divisive pathway that's been created to whizz us through to success, which it probably won't. Life holds no prisoners nor has any favourites, it has bigger and better things to do than to tamper with whom we are and our minuscule emotional stance on it all. Even those around us who love us have their own pathway to tread so it really is down to us to "go for it" no matter how small the initial step may happen to be. It takes a small pin to burst a big balloon, and "boy" do you know it when it goes off bang.

In between our ailments, our financial circumstances, our work or home environment, our friends or lack of them, what we wear and eat, what we watch on television, any recreation we take part in and anything else that's apt, we need to live, and "LIVE" in capitals, not the live which equates to "survive" and have an instant dialogue at the ready to say why that is to confirm our stance. It's just so easy to be experts on our life situation, but deep down others see through it all, not that we are telling lies or even making up stories, it just doesn't ring a bell with most people as they like to be stimulated even a little by others self determination. Of course within our communing with life and others there are many levels of thought consciousness and intelligence and to some degree there can be a compatibility problem especially if one thinks in an entirely different way, but that's OK too, there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. But if we think in a different way, and assuming that way is perhaps a little more "out of the box" or even "extraordinarily zany" then we should be both happy about that fact, and be able to cope with those who don't, can't or won't understand. We DON'T need permission from anyone to be who we are, NOR do we need permission to please others OR aquiess to say things in a way that they will understand or make it more palatable for, unless we feel there is a real need at times to do so. We DON'T need people around us who DON'T understand, unless they are perhaps our parents - but they love us anyway regardless etc, otherwise what are we doing mixing with "undesirable aliens" then complaining that "nobody understands" that really sucks and undermines who you are as a person. It also stands out that there is something wrong in the communication department when it comes to the bigger picture. We have "friends / acquaintances" at different levels and that's all OK too, none of it should need explanation nor credential, our friends for whatever reason are our friends and if we don't like our 'friends friends' it's because there isn't a bond with between us and them as there is with our intermediary friend.

Living each day we should find some "joy" and not revert to "Oh how can I enjoy life like this", "when things get better", or make up any other such statement as an admonishment of how we are as that will become our backdrop for life and we will then find that 'nothing' is the operative word and deed in our world and we will then attract "nothing". If we can't see any goodness no matter what it is even the "spring  shoots" or the "autumn colours" or whatever it denotes that our minds are more than insular they are selfishly switched to "poor old me" which isolates us in an instant, and that really hardens our minds, our thoughts, our spirit, our soul, our thought process and we seek constantly for negativity as that's become our "buzz" word as opposed to hope, potential, love, fun, harmony, friendship, helping, giving, life, etc, etc. If we keep accounts on who does what for whom then that's also a litmus tests as to how we think, and it's not to say that we need to be a sponge to everyone, but the difference between the two scenarios is very great. If one has to think about giving and receiving in life then it already shows that there is a mean streak within, although many would not like to admit it and in fact mean people always think they are the most generous on the planet - in their dreams. It's also strange that those who constantly talk about the "evilness of wealth" are always those who never have any money, everyone else gets on with life, it does get boring with this narrowness of thought.

THE "WALLPAPER" EFFECT

We are a product of who we are, regardless of our environment, our circumstances our upbringing and anything else how we interact with all that is down to us, it has to be it can't be anyone else, no one else lives our lives. It's easy to blame or put credentials as to why we are like we are but that is a big let down and a lie, for if we know why we are like we are then there's a conscious understanding as to why we act and talk like we do and can't be bothered to change it all. In short it smacks of narrow mindedness, stupidity and divisive selfishness, expecting everyone else to accept you as a less than total person because of your own smug attitude. Would you even want to trust someone like this if they can't respect themselves and try to improve their lot it then holds that the chances that their verve towards you isn't that great either, even if the talk sounds good, but then that's always the easy part. We are all different and talk differently, it's what makes us as individuals the people we are, and whilst we don't expect perfection we do like to see in others something that resonates with our way of thinking and degrees of compatible understanding or something even better, perhaps even admire or aspire to. When we meet others we immediately look for "how compatible" are they with us, as nice as they may be it takes only a few negative notions or traits to allow that initial excitement to cool off fairly rapidly, and then shortly thereafter that person loses their sparkle in our eyes as we think we can 'see through them', whatever that is or means. Our friends and family vary too, and what once was good and great can stretch the relationship from close to arms length because either party has evolved or changed stance which now reflects different views or possibly at times even regressed somewhat and thus has less of a pull when it comes to excitement of life itself or general conversation.

Our environment and how others perceive it or us is a direct relationship for most people on how they present themselves and what they say. Those that are positive by nature get on better in life than those who aren't, those who aren't see dullness and lack as a stumbling block whilst others see failure as a prelude to something that yet hasn't happened but an intermediate learning curve to enjoying better fruits all around. If we talk in a certain way, experience life in a certain way, have narrow views on aspects of life, have narrow experience on aspects of life have narrow thoughts on aspects of life and cosset ourselves in a world of "all about us" then that is a recipe for the "Wallpaper Effect" it's how you show yourself to others, It's a backdrop you carry around with you, it's a staid view of life no matter how life hits you it all seems to come back to the self same thing and revolves around the dullness of negativity and oobtuseness and often out of calibre with the rest of life and that manifests itself as a stain on your already detailed wallpaper. Even if others like what you say or even look like, if there is a discord in how you perceive or understand or "come to terms" with certain aspects they will move away as some areas of progress are just so crucial to moving forward, and others have a life of their own which doesn't have to include putting up with your ineptitude or stubbornness. And whilst as individuals we may have some grand philanthropic mind set that we think is just and great, it won't by and large get you anywhere other than landing on the snakes in life's 'snakes and ladders' existence. Grand mind sets are best kept to oneself until such times as they can be put to the test with adequate backup as one could end up being even more isolated and receive no respect for their ideas, which is deep down what they are seeking.

We see celebrities taking drugs, getting drunk, having brawls, going to rehab, some even become synonymous with such as their "Wallpaper" is a motley shade of disharmony, unrest, plight, ego, fear, sadness, longing, unquenched love, desire, arrogance, sadness, tears, neediness, and a whole lot more, it's all got a lifespan, unfortunately many individuals never get to see the end of it. For other mortals the self same thing exists in different formats but never the less it's very real, what we all experience whether it's more or less than others it's very real to us and we feel the pain or happiness like only we can. It may be comforting to know that we are not alone in what we are feeling but it doesn't stop it. The "wallpaper effect" can be our very downfall not even knowing that we have such a thing, but others will definitely know, even those who don't know us so well if described to them will say "Oh yes that's so and so" not realising just how much information they have subliminally picked up on that person. Communing with life is a great way to expand the mind, the opposite of that is a way to narrow the mind and both show the results of either situation. Our character is one thing, it's often difficult to modify just how we are, although our self input into life can be what we want it to be, we have to market ourselves even if we haven't got a natural disposition towards life nothing heavy or contrived but enough to make people think we aren't the first "zombie" that they've come into contact with, or that the reason they are lonely is because they are really boring.

Individuals and companies have a persona of their own, it's sometimes the charismatic chairman sometimes the quality or innovative nature of the products they produce and sometimes it's because they sell expensive goods cheaply, it all conforms to a 'wallpaper' backdrop which is usually upheld by PR and brand advertising until at such time a re-brand is needed to re-position and smarten up and update the brand into a more modern and acceptable form. Humans are no different if we don't update our mind software from time to time we will be left behind and no amount of rhetoric will shift the stance as by that time everyone else will have moved on.
